Parexel

Working with product managers, I created a site for Parexel's clinical trial and research division that allowed patients to enroll in specific trials, learn more about trial procedures, answer questions, and prepare them for the trial.

While at Parexel, I established a UX/HFE division, supporting five medical device studies across the U.S. and Europe including task analysis, risk analysis, and usability testing in alignment with FDA, AAMI, and IEC human factors guidelines. I managed human factors testing for five medical devices (insulin pumps, heart monitors, prefilled syringes, and EpiPens) applying HE75, IEC 62366, and FDA Human Factors Guidance to ensure regulatory (FDA and EMA) compliance.
