UX Design/User Research and Testing
I was part of the team that worked on Fidelity's personal finance page, focusing on the interactive functionality of the data to ensure that users could easily find and review their finance data.
While at Fidelity, I worked as a UX consultant with Fidelity eBusiness’ retail teams to redesign Fidelity Investments’ public retail site (6 months), including Fidelity’s personal home page, universal navigation, and private (post-login) home page. I also worked directly with FeB’s usability team to extract research and user data from over 100 users for the project, implementing basic and advanced online capabilities for the site.
